Getting this apartment was a God sent. I responded to an ad on Kijiji and the property manager Khalil went above and beyond to rearrange his schedule so I could view the apartment the following morning. The apartment itself is beautiful: newly renovated a year ago with new fixtures and hardwood floors. It just feels like a home. They also got a painting and cleaning crew in to do touch ups the night before I moved in, so I moved into a wonderfully clean and pristine unit. The price is a steal for what I got. I've seen one bedrooms listed for this price, and I have two bedrooms. SCORE! Also, if I ever have an issue (like discovering the light bulb above the stove was blown) Khalil is incredibly punctual in addressing and fixing the problem. My only complaint about the building is how thin the walls are. Between the fighting and the "making up" that ensues afterwards from my neighbours, I don't need a television.
